Our Leadership is uncomplicated, just like our faith:
Our church leader's title is that of High Priestess, and this can be altered to reflect the gender identity of whomever is the current leader.
They may also be referred to as Pastor or Reverend, whichever might suite one better.
Beyond the High Priestess, there are her ordained ministers.
And then comes the congregation members themselves.
No one is considered above another, just we each have different roles to play.
It is the duty of the High Priestess and her ministers to guide people through the spiritual process of discovering their true selves. This can involve prayer, reflection, introspection, meditation, and various rituals, as well as the application of conventional medications in unconventional ways with the purpose to manifest someone's internal spiritual identity externally.
